Covid-19 Updated Booking Procedures

In order to meet our commitment to patient safety, we have changed our booking procedures to include pre-screening questions and staggered appointments to help ensure physical distancing is maintained in our clinic. We are asking patients to help us maintain a healthy and safe environment in our clinic by answering pre-screening questions truthfully and following the new procedures in the clinic.

To book an appointment, please follow the steps below:

1. Please call in and schedule your appointment prior to coming into the clinic.

2. You will be asked pre-screening questions.  Please answer truthfully.

3. You will be asked to wash and/or sanitize your hands prior to entering and exiting the clinic.  Hand sanitization stations will be available.

4. You must wear a mask in our clinic. A cloth or reusable mask is acceptable.

5. Please arrive at your scheduled time for your appointment. If you are early, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time.

6. We ask that only patients be in the clinic at this time.  We need to keep the number of people limited in our clinic to allow for safe and social distancing.  Please come alone or have a family member/friends wait in the car outside while you are in your appointment. 

7. Please respect and maintain a physical distance of at least 2 meters (6 feet) between people.

Prepare to see our Practitioners and our staff wearing face masks and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment during your visit.  We will also be disinfecting treatment tables, surfaces, and equipment after each patient and high traffic areas regularly throughout the day. 

Remember, if you have experienced a fever, sore throat, chronic cough, runny nose, nasal congestion, shortness of breath or sudden loss of taste or smell in the last two weeks we will need to know prior to booking.
